The choice of a running shoe is very personal - your case is at your feet or not, and each foot is a little different so that the signs of the size 9 would be slightly lower than the others and are usually classified as good.
The best option is to go to a shop and get ruinning advise you and discuss various pairs.
I Innov shoes and makes me feel good - they are good for you is another matter, however.
If the store does not recommend running shoes are too expensive, you can always make excuses, and try to see if you can online, but it is somewhat doubtful, I think, if they have the time for the classification of some good shoes for you.
