I have had numbing and swelling right on my back bone ,behind my neck! does anyone know why? - why do i have a bone in my mouth

I am a woman of 31 years and have muscle problems for some time now was ripe, but about a year. I had numbness and swelling right on the back, neck! Does anyone know why? if the doctor gave me injections in the neck, I can feel it at all. I feel nothing in my neck? To know "WHY ???????? today, and the mouth and lips are numb feeling.
